Hungry, late, and not satisisfied, there is hope
Lets face it. weve all had this happen to us sometime or another going to the cougareat to get some food; we all have stood in line that should have taken a few minutes but didn't, instead we were late to our next class. or since the line is not moving, you decide to take off to your class hungry and not satisfied. Now there are many reasons that contribute to the long lines at the cougareat, however I feel the two main contributing factors are one, many of the workers are poorly trained and lack skills, and two; the food comes in frozen packages which delays the process of preparing and getting it to the customer. Being a fairly recent employee of the food commissary there is hope for this time consuming burden, with proper steps we can come up with a solution.

I think you have a great ethos because you related this problem to your reader. However, I think you could establish your kairos a little more by explaining, "why now?" In your paper when you explain what your possible solution is don't forget to explain what action should be taken, "how soon?", and "why so soon?"
I like your main title and the one about lines is good but correct word usage would be, "Lines: they are nice on the road, not nice to stand in." Great job!
