Accommodate the Students
Parking is Not Only a Convenience it is a Way of Life for BYU Students
How many can relate with my situation? How many of you have to walk to school because of the lack of on campus parking? This has been and will continue to be a personal problem for the BYU student population if nothing is done to solve the problem. The inspiring words of poet Will Allen Dromgoole from, "The Bridge Builder", convey a perfect example . An old man, going a lone highway, Came at the evening, cold and gray, To a chasm, vast and deep and wide, Through which was flowing a sullen tide. The old man crossed in the twilight dim; The sullen stream had no fears for him; But he turned when safe on the other side And built a bridge to span the tide. Old man, said a fellow pilgrim near, You are wasting strength with building here; Your journey will end with the ending day; You never again must pass this way; You have crossed the chasm, deep and wide Why build you the bridge at the eventide? The builder lifted his old gray head: Good friend, in the path I have come, he said, There followeth after me today A youth whose feet must pass this way. This chasm that has been naught to me To that fair-haired youth may a pitfall be. He, too, must cross in the twilight dim; Good friend, I am building the bridge for him. The time is now and the people to build the parking for the rest are the students currently attending the university. Many are young just making your way to college and others are seniors on the verge of graduation, for all students young and old we are the ones who are responsible for making an end to the lack of parking spaces.

Very nicely worded, and you are doing an impressive job. My only concern is that the title doesn't quite jump out as much as I think you could probably make it.
I agree with the comment above in that your title is weak and uninteresting. I also had a problem with your choice to make more than half of your article belong to someone else. But the topic is extremely relevant so I think you would have some readers.
