I'm talking about the Freshman 50

To all of you out there that love fast food: If you're not careful, you are going to be fat for the rest of your life, and I'm not talking the Freshman 15 -- I'm talking the Freshman 50. I am here to tell you that eating at McDonalds WILL catch up with you. My best friend and my brother both worked at McDonalds. After work they would come home and tell me stories that you wouldn't believe. I had nightmares after listening to those horror stories, and have been cured from eating at fast food joints ever since. Seriously, who wants to eat at a place where you could find a finger in your chicken sandwich, a hair in your Big Mac, or fingernails in your chicken nuggets? Not to mention that the amount of fat in one McDonalds meal exceeds the amount you should eat in a day and a half.

It is amazing to me that a company with so much money can't manage to make their food a little healthier. A few extra million to sneak in a little nutrition would be a drop in the bucket to McDonalds. And yet, their motivation is pretty low, because millions of people keep coming back for more, not only ignoring the risk of fingernails, but also saturated fat, high cholesterol, obesity and heart disease. It is because Americans are willing to ignore all those risks and continue eating fast food on a regular, sometimes daily basis that we are now living in the most obese country in the world. Either we stand up to McDonalds and demand some healthier options, or obesity rates will continue to rise, and the resultant health care costs will cripple our economy. For those of you that do not want to see this happen, wise up now and make a vow to never eat at McDonalds again. You will be helping yourself, your neighbors, and America.

Your best friend and your brother working at McDonald's does not mean that you have a perfect knowledge of it, so I would assume you are using false authority. Great job!
