When the world is on its edge...

What is this world coming to? An end?!?! What happened to rock music being popular? Well, as you might tell, iTunes top songs list has not included rock or alternative music lately! Everyone is going into rap. They’re becoming the “gansta’s” from the “ ‘hood” and more like their “hommies” rap singers. This type of music provides potential violence for the society! It’s like every time there is a dance and a rap song is played, a person or two get shot and beat to death. People just cannot possibly withstand the ongoing rap popularity and not kill people. It’s even worse than video games; Halo fans out there don’t just kill people on the street. Rap is dangerous for the society; we should all abandon it. Why do you think so many car subwoofers get blown out – because the rap music destroys them. I’ve had a sub in my car and due to rock music, it’s still there. Rap music not only obliterates the society, but electronics. Pretty soon, we will have a shortage of good sound systems, because factories cannot keep up with the destruction of rap.

Another way the society’s music tastes went about is towards country music. And let’s not even go there! Country is a depressant, and since I’m majoring in Business Management, I can say that it is even worse of a depressant than alcohol. Suicide rates have sky-rocketed ever since country became popular. What can possibly stop one from killing oneself when they hear the following: some annoying voice with just a weird accent, and story about a lost dog, girlfriend that left them, which is all put in a song that half-way rhymes? Nothing! Country music kills human souls everyday!

People who listen to any kind of country or rap should not be allowed to be in leadership positions! They are a hazard for our society, because they either kill themselves or others! Thus we must do some detailed research about all the candidates’ music tastes for the upcoming election, and avoid from voting for the ones that like dangerous kinds of music!

Now, let us go back to the good old days when rock and alternative music prospered and get back to those loud and totally off-the-wall concerts, because this is the music that leaves everyone happy, excited, feeling better about themselves and others, and most importantly, it does not destroy the speakers!

The Post Hoc about rap being dangerous is great. But some might argue it isn't a fallacy....

I enjoyed the post hoc about people being shot after a song is played.

False Authority: unless Business Management makes you and expert on depression.

Slippery Slope: Rap will lead to the breakdown of factories!
