The corporation, De Beers, is the biggest diamond monopoly in the world. Since they hold the monopoly over diamonds, it is very likely that when you buy a diamond from a jewel, it came from De Beers. De Beers is a known buyer of blood diamonds, a diamond that is mined by insurgents and sold to support terrorism. So when you are buying mined diamonds that means you are supporting terrorism.

your first syllogism was good, but your second premise for it was kind of long, premises should be very short, consider making the last part of your second premise into a third premise,just an idea
I like your topic. It is interesting and relevant to many Utah residents who visit lake powell often.
The syllogism about people funding terrorism by buying diamonds was excellent. Very persuasive. The second syllogism was good as well, but could probably use a little bit of fine tuning. Rather than saying "science", maybe you could get a little more specific? Just a suggestion.
I thought that both syllogisms were good and the paragraph looked great. The only suggestion I have is to shorten the second premise in the first syllogism.
