As a freshman student at Brigham Young University, fending off the seemingly unavoidable “freshmen-15” weight gain is a daunting task. I am surely not the only person living in the dorms, or even attending this university, that has these thoughts in mind. Every student in college, whether living in the dorms or somewhere else, faces potential weight gain due to stress, unhealthy food choices, and despicable food options. Today, the country we live in is facing an ever-growing obesity epidemic. This problem is developing into a widespread disease, but it can be avoided with some simple self-discipline and a variety of healthy choices to silence our hunger. We need to come together and stop this problem where it begins: the dorms at BYU.

Love the title Theif of the Heath: Freshman weight gain. Freshmen really do eat to many heath bars.
Yeah the title you have right now is definitely the best one of the three. I guarentee BYU students are very interested in this OE; good choice of topic.
I love your title. The "Freshman Weight Gain" really caught my eye and made me want to read your blog.
I thought you did a good job of establishing yourself as a credible source. I enjoyed your titles.
