Two years ago, BYU Charged students for a parking pass, and gave the bus passes free to students that took the Bus. One year ago, they switched it all around. Now the students that cant afford to by a car and the gas have to pay for a bus ride to school. Those that already have a car but because there are not enough parking spaces, have to buy a bus pass to be able to get to school. BYU had their heads on straight back in the day when they helped students get to school that were trying to cut down on their budget, but now they have added just another fee. I have a car, but I choose to ride the bus because at the time of day I go to school, I cannot find a parking spot. Why does the school have to charge me and not those that get to park closer to campus and walk just a short distance to their classes. BYU should change it back to their old ways, or if they want more revenue, they should charge for parking spaces as well to make it more equal among students.

I like the title you chose best. I think your titles should explain that you will be talking about BYU transportation in order to catch your readers' attention more and explain what you'll talk about.
I think you established a great ethos by explaining what you have to do for transportation and what a pain it is. In order to establish a good kairos I think you should explain why BYU should change their transportation costs right now? Why should this be at the top of their to-do list?
I think the title is catchy but I don't think you related back to it enough in your paragraphs. I do think that this is a big issue that all of us are effected with. You did a great job at establishing kairos.
